City Services & Infrastructure

City Services and Infrastructure (CSI) provides management for the construction, operation, maintenance and repair of physical properties and services of the City, with the exception of the electric and water utilities that are overseen by the Board of Public Works (BPW).

Properties and services include, but are not limited to:

  • Building Maintenance Services
  • Cemeteries
  • Clean Water Plant
  • Motor Pool
  • Parking
  • Parks
  • Safety
  • Sidewalks
  • Streets
  • Storm Water Collection System
  • Traffic Control
  • Tree Management
  • Technology
  • Wastewater Collection System
Also included are administrative and regional planning responsibilities through the Macatawa Area Coordinating Council (MACC) and other local, state and federal agencies.
