  1. Microsoft Word Evening Computer Class

    THERE WILL BE AN AFTERNOON CLASS OFFERED. They are the same class. This is an introduction to Microsoft word. Do you or someone you know want to learn about all the tools Word has to offer? Join Lindsey as she shows you the basics such as cut and paste, edit and format texts and more in this two hour introduction! Prerequisites: Must be familiar with a mouse and keyboard. This is a free class, however, you must register for it. At the time of registration you provide a $5 deposit which is returned at the beginning of class.

    Application of Jacob Bonnema: A. for a dimensional non-use variance to construct a 1,200 square foot detached accessory building when there is already an existing 624 square foot detached accessory building on the property at 131 S Maple Street. The Zoning Ordinance permits an accessory building of not more than 1,200 square feet on the said lot. Section 4.102(c)(2) of the Zoning Ordinance is applicable. B. for a use variance to convert an existing detached accessory building at 131 S Maple Street into a second dwelling unit in the R-1, Single-Family Residential District when such district only permits one single-family dwelling unit on the lot. Section 3.400 and Section 3.401 of the Zoning Ordinance are applicable.
