See what events we've got lined up for adults aged 18+ this summer!  

Thursday, June 8, 2:00pm -4:00pm in the Banquet Room - Make & Take Craft

  • Create your own unique, eye-catching luggage tags in this drop-in program.  
  • No registration required
  • While supplies last

Monday, June 19, 6:00-7:30pm in the Banquet Room - Make & Take Craft

  • Decorate your own rope basket in this drop-in program.  
  • No registration required
  • While supplies last

Tuesday, June 27, 6:00-8:00pm in the West Activity Room - Beginning Watercolor Workshop

  • Join Holland Art's Council artist Vickie Morgan for an evening watercolor "paint along"!  All participants will paint a simple landscape while learning different techniques throughout the lesson.
  • Registration is required and begins June 12 - Call the library at 616-772-0874

Wednesday, July 12, 2:00-4:00pm in the Banquet Room - Make & Take Craft

  • Paint a trio of mason jars in this drop-in program. 
  • No registration required
  • While supplies last

Thursday, July 13, 6:00-8:00pm in the West Activity Room - Woodburning Class

  • Come learn the basics of woodburning with local artist and Zeeland High School teacher, Cory Remy.
  • Registration is required and begins June 21 - Call the library at 616-772-0874

Tuesday, July 18, 6:00-7:00pm in the West Activity Room - Cookie Decorating Class

  • Come learn some basics of cookie decorating with Bestie's Sweet Somethings Bakery!  You'll learn about icing consistencies, flooding the cookies and a few other cookie decorating techniques.  You'll get to take home your delicious creations.

Thursday, July 25, 6:00-7:00 in the Banquet Room - Michigan County Poor Farms

  • Presented by Adam Oster from the Library of Michigan
  • Explore the early history of Michigan's original social welfare program

Thursday, August 10, 10:00-11:30am in the Banquet Room - Make & Take Craft Catch Up 

  • Did you miss one of our previous craft events this summer?  Now is your chance to play catch up! Teens are welcome to attend this session as well.
